FAQs
1. can i wash my one of a kind ceramic piece in the dishwasher?
yea and not really. your handmade piece of pottery is dishwasher safe but to prolong and keep your forever piece looking its best try to handwash when possible to prevent chips in the glaze from clanking inside the dishwasher from other pieces.

yes you can.
3. is the glaze on my functional piece of pottery food safe?
yes all my clays and glazes are non toxic and food safe
4. are the pieces for sale new?
Yes, all pottery sold are photographed with food and/or props but never used by anyone. each piece is washed and packaged when sold.
5. what is the pottery’s foot print
i purchase my clay from claypeople in richmond, california. all of my pieces are created and thrown in my home studio in oakland california, then trimmed and bisqued in my manual kiln. the bisqueware is brought to studio one art center for glazing and then their final firing takes place in a high fire reduction kiln. minimal carbon foot print when possible and completely local for all my oakland enthusiasts.
6. Do you do Custom Orders?
Yes and No. If you enjoy a piece that has already sold I can attempt to recreate the piece but it will not be exactly the same. If you you have an idea for a custom piece, please reach out and lets talk to see if we can develope a piece together
